This page sets out in full the rules you must follow when using the ur66 platform, your account responsibilities, and our financial policies.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between the ur66 platform ("Platform", "we") and the customer using the platform ("User", "you"). By accessing the platform at any time, you are considered to have read and agreed to all of these terms, so please read them before using the platform.

1. General Provisions

The ur66 platform is an online entertainment service for players in Myanmar, offering slots, live casino, football, Dragon Tiger, and 2D lottery games. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or preparing to play, you agree to comply with each term in this Agreement at all times.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform, and continued use after an announcement is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration and Account Responsibilities

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To register an account on the platform, you must be at least 21 years of age or older. Each person may open only one account. If duplicate accounts are found through fraudulent means, we reserve the right to close those accounts and freeze any funds held in them.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

You are personally responsible for ensuring that the name, phone number, and payment details you provide during registration are accurate. If inaccurate information is found, we reserve the right to decline payment.

2.3 Account Security

Do not share your log-in details (username/password) with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised access, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We are not responsible for any losses caused by third parties accessing your account.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods

You can deposit on our platform via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.

3.2 Minimum Amount

  • Minimum deposit per transaction — 20,000 Ks
  • Minimum withdrawal per transaction — 20,000 Ks

Deposits / withdrawals below this amount cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals will be completed within 5 to 30 minutes of the request. Please note that this may take longer if additional KYC (Identity Verification) information is required.

3.4 Conditions for Withdrawal Refusal

We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals in the following situations—

  • The bonus wagering requirement has not been met
  • If fraudulent activity (bonus abuse, multi-accounting) is detected
  • If the user does not cooperate during an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) check
  • If a payment error occurs due to a technical fault in the payment system

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus offered by ur66 is 150% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 50,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 30,000 Ks × 20 = 600,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Abuse Policy

If we detect bonus abuse through software / bots / fraudulent methods, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and close the account. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person.

4.3 Promotion Updates

We reserve the right to modify bonus / promotion offers at any time. Changes will be announced on the platform.

5. VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

The ur66 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

  • Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week
  • Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week
  • Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week

VIP level advancement is determined by us based on your betting history and the play patterns you demonstrate. Cashback is credited to your account once a week in Myanmar Kyat. The wagering requirement that applies to each cashback payment will be announced separately at the time it is credited.

6. Prohibited Gaming Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Methods

The following violations are strictly prohibited on our platform—

  • Using automated bots, scripts, or software in gameplay
  • Deliberately exploiting software errors / glitches to gain money through unfair means
  • Using the platform for illegal money laundering activities
  • Depositing with a third party's payment method while claiming it as your own
  • Attempting to access and play while under 21+

6.2 Action on Violations

If any of the above violations are investigated and confirmed, we reserve the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the funds held in it. This will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Personal Data Protection

8. Intellectual Property

The website design, logo, code, graphics, and all content of ur66 are the legal property of ur66. Copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting them without our permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Service Limitations and Disclaimer

9.1 Service Interruptions

We may temporarily suspend the service due to technical maintenance, server repairs, or unexpected issues. We are not responsible for any losses arising from such suspensions. Where possible, we will announce the suspension in advance.

9.2 Responsibility for Game Results

Our games run on a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG), so game results are random, unbiased, and fair. However, there is always a risk of losing when playing, and we are not responsible for any financial losses that arise from gameplay.
